Electoral Wards and Constituencies

Multi Member Wards 

In Glasgow 79 electoral wards were replaced by 21 multi-member wards for the Glasgow Local Council Elections in 2007. A new Voting System - Single Transferrable Vote (STV) was also introduced. Details of the New Wards can be found in the Voting Links page on the left hand menu.

There are 10 Glasgow constituencies represented at the Scottish Parliament:

There are 7 Glasgow constituencies reperesented at the UK Parliament in Westminster:
