The Electoral Registration Officer
The ERO for Glasgow is Mr Hugh Munro BSc, MRICS who is responsible for compiling the Register of Electors, published annually on 1st December.
The Register, formerly known as the Voter's Roll, is a list of all stakeholders who are eligible to vote within the City of Glasgow.

The Electoral Registration Office issues annual canvass forms to all Glasgow Households which should be returned even if no changes have occurred.
