Valuation Appeal Information

Online Appeals 

Appeals against entries in the Valuation Roll can be made through this website:

Use Rateable Value Search on the Glasgow Home Page or alternatively use the SAA Home Page (see side and top menu bars).

When you have identified the entry you wish to appeal Select the More Information Tab to reveal further options.

Once you have selected More Information you will be able to Select the Make an Appeal Link to begin completing an Online Appeal Form.

Written appeals must identify the entry under appeal and include information on the appellant and their interest in the property. The reasons for appealling the entry must be made clear (Revaluation Appeal, Material Change of Circumstances, Error etc.).

Bulk Appeals 

Agents or Appellants who have large property holdings within the City can submit Bulk Appeals using the prepared format. Bulk appeals can be emailed to the Assessor for processing:
