Rates Calculator Link 

By clicking on the link below, you will be able to access the Scottish Government Rates Calculator, which can give an indication of the rates bill for the year 2010-11.

In order to use the calculator, you will need the Unique Assessor Reference Number (UARN) and the proposed 2010 Rateable Value. You can find these by using the the Rateable Value Search facility on this site. This can be accessed from the SAA Home Page and from each individual Assessor's Home Page. Draft proposed values expected to apply from 1st April 2010 as a result of a rating revaluation are displayed by clicking on the Proposed Values tab. A link to the Rates Calculator is also available there. Proposed Values may not yet be available for a small number of properties.
