By clicking on the link below, you will be able to access the Scottish Government Rates Calculator, which can give an indication of the rates bill for the year 2010-11.

In order to use the calculator, you will need the Unique Assessor Reference Number (UARN) and the current Rateable Value of the property. You can find these by using the the Rateable Value Search facility on this site. This facility can be accessed from the SAA Home Page and from each individual Assessor's Home Page. A link to the Rates Calculator is also available with the property details resulting from your search.
