This will have been supplied on the rent form that was posted to you. If you were issued with a "Form ID" on your rent form, please also supply this.
You will then be asked a series of questions about the rent for this property. If you have any difficulty in completing the online form, please contact your local Assessor's office at the telephone number supplied on the form that was issued to you.
Please enter 2020 as the Form ID if it is not printed on the form you have recently received.
When you complete this online form it will be made available to the local assessor who deals with the valuation of the selected property.
