A proposal against an entry or its new rateable value can be made by writing to the Assessor or by using the “Online” Appeal facility which is available within the display of each Valuation Roll entry. This can be accessed via this website

Additional information on Non Domestic Proposals is available at Scottish Assessors Association Website Non Domestic Proposal Guidance . This will provide additional guidance and time limits for submitting a proposal.

Council Tax List

A proposal against an entry in the List can be made by writing to the Assessor or by using the “Online” Proposal facility which is available within the display of each Valuation List entry. This can be accessed via the SAA website
