• Final Date for Registering to Vote is midnight on the 26th November 2019
• Final Date for applications for voting by post or changing current absent votes is 5pm on the 26th May 2019
• Final Date for applications to vote by proxy is 5pm on the 4th December 2019
We are currently all remote working. Please click on the link below to see our response to COVID-19
If you have not already registered to vote and want a postal vote, please note that the postal pack will not be posted until the 3rd December, so if you are away before that date and not coming back before the 12th December, then a postal is unlikely to be a suitable option. This is particularly key if you are an overseas voter or your postal pack is being posted abroad.
An alternative to having a postal vote if you are unable to attend the polling place is to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. This must be set up by the 4th December.
Your proxy can apply to be a postal voter as well and must be set up by 5pm on the 26th November.
The Electoral Registers for the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling areas have been published on the 8th November 2019 and reflect the Polling District Reviews agreed by Falkirk and Stirling Councils.
The registers are available for inspection at our office. Our office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
