This page contains all the information you will need to register to vote for the upcoming Local Government By-election on the 16th March 2023 for the Dunblane and Bridge of Allan Ward in Stirling.

 

Eligibility to vote

For the Scottish Local Government Elections you must be

• 16 or older on the 16th March 2023
• a British, Commonwealth Citizen or Foreign National (with the right to remain in the UK)

Key Dates

• Last Day for Registration has now passed it was at Midnight on Tuesday 9th January 2024

• Last Day for applying for a postal vote – 5pm on Wednesday 10th January 2024

• Last Day for applying for a proxy vote – 5pm on Wednesday 17th January 2024

You can still register for future elections online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote  All you need is your name, address, date of birth and your National Insurance Number.
