Publication of Audited Accounts – 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022

Notice is hereby given that copies of the certified Abstract of Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 together with the Auditor’s Report thereon are now available for download from the Valuation Joint Board’s website at www.saa.gov.uk /dab-vjb/ and from West Dunbartonshire Council’s website at https://www.west-dunbarton.gov.uk/council/performance-and-spending/service-performance/financial-performance/
Copies of the Abstract of Accounts can be purchased at a cost of £10.00 per copy and can be requested from the address note below.

Day of Closure – Monday 19 September

As a mark of respect during the period of national mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Valuation Joint Board will observe a day of closure on Monday 19 September. As such, our offices in both Clydebank and Campbeltown will be closed

If you received a form from us looking for information and haven’t returned it yet a canvasser may call at your property, during September & October , to leave another form for completion.

Annual Electoral Canvass – Email Reminders

As part of our annual canvass of electors, an email communication has been sent to a number of households where we hold email addresses, asking for you to update us on eligible persons living in your home. We will shortly be sending follow up emails to those we have not yet heard from.

Our emails have been sent using a secure gov.uk messaging service, and as such are branded in much the same way as many Government communications. If you are unsure about the authenticity of an email, please contact our offices on 0141 562 1200 (EDC and WDC) or 01586 555300 (Argyll & Bute).

All properties in Argyll & Bute, West Dunbartonshire & East Dunbartonshire will receive an initial canvass communication in July 2022.
You should follow instructions supplied to ensure all residents in your property are registered to vote.
