Customer contact survey – seeking your views

You recently had contact with this office in connection with one of our functions/services. The services we are responsible for are valuation for non-domestic rating and council tax purposes and the compilation of the electoral register.

We have no role or remit in relation to the collection of rates or council tax, or the administration of their various relief schemes. Neither do we administer elections.
