2026 Non-Domestic Revaluation Roll

17th March 2026

The Assessor made up the 2026 Non-Domestic Revaluation Roll on 15 March 2026. The new Roll will come in to force on 1 April 2026.

Valuations are available to view on the Scottish Assessors Portal, where you will be able to see Proposed Valuations. These will become Current Valuations on 1 April 2026.

It is not possible to challenge entries in the 2026 Valuation Roll until it comes in to force on 1 April 2026. At that point, an option will exist to 'Make a Proposal' within the property view. The deadline for making a proposal against a Revaluation entry is 31 July 2026.
