Self-catering Accommodation- Evidence Required for 2025-26

Operators of self-catering accommodation entered on the Valuation Roll must submit a return of evidence for financial year 2025-26. If evidence was not submitted before the 27th May 2026, an evidence request may be issued by your local Assessor. If you receive a request, please complete the declaration, and return the required evidence within 56 days of the date of the letter. Failure to do so will result in the self-catering unit being removed from the Valuation Roll and entered on to the Council Tax Valuation List. Further guidance can be found at:

2026 Revaluation Rateable Values now live

1st April 2026

Finalised 2026 revaluation values came into force on the 1st April 2026 and follow the release of draft values on 30 November 2025. Revaluation Notices have been issued to proprietors, tenants and occupiers of properties on the Valuation Roll.
